Web Content Writer

This world leading global SaaS / Financial Services organisation is now seeking a talented Web Content Writer for a 6 month contract at their UK headquarters in central London. Can be a hybrid role.

Duties:

· Generate new content for assigned product areas to provide in-product, self-service and assisted support information that helps customers use the company’s products.

· Research user needs and understand assigned products.

· Creates new content using UI and GenAI specifications.

· Provides input into templates, web page look and feel, and document presentation.

· Coordinates with SMEs, and other Tech Writers and Sr. Tech Writers, across timezones, to ensure that they are focusing on the critical aspects.

Skills

· 5 years + Web Content writing experience

· Familiar with Content Management Systems i.e. WordPress and Jira

· UI and GenAI specifications

· Excellent communications skills

· Financial, accountancy background would prove very useful
