Job Description:

Our Clint is a leading SaaS Global organisation that provides a great work environment. They are now seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team for a 12 month contract.


This role manages the BPO enablement programs end to end, ensuring every vendor partner follows frameworks, playbooks and certification standards, and holding vendors accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery on the floor.


Responsibilities

· Program management: Manage the day-to-day rollout of BPO Strategy across all vendor partners in UK, AU, Canada and ROW, keeping every program on track against agreed milestones and goals. Co-owns enablement agenda within regional sales teams.

· Enablement Playbook ownership: Ensure BPO enablement teams understand standards and expectations to design, build and deliver sales training, onboarding, and quality assessment across the various programs wherever they sit.

· Audit cadence & calibration: Establish audit cadence for calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors at every partner site, so scoring stays consistent regardless of region.

· Impact validation: track success metrics such as – time-to-proficiency, certification rates, quality scores, and others – that BPOs enablement teams must report against to prove their enablement investment is driving sales outcomes.

· Operating rhythm: Own the strategic operating rhythm that keeps BPO enablement leadership aligned to Intuit’s quarterly goals and GTM priorities, including Quarterly Business Reviews and regional Business Reviews with recommendations grounded in Data, Insight and Action.

· Train the trainer: Train vendor partners to deliver onboarding, sales methodology and product training

· Stakeholder relationship ownership: Own the relationship with Intuit sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on all BPO enablement matters, acting as the enablement voice in the room and bringing recommendations grounded in data and floor insight.


Experience

· 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Partner Operations or L&D Strategy, ideally spanning international or multi-region vendor relationships.

· AI literacy: Comfortable working with AI tools and enabling others to make the most of them.

· Program management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent programs and vendor relationships, keeping execution on track against agreed goals and deadlines.

· Previous experience managing BPO/third-party vendor relationships programs across more than one region (EMEA, APAC, Canada or LATAM).

· Previous experience in sales, ideally selling SaaS, is a plus.

· Expertise in instructional design and facilitation standards, with the ability to “coach the coaches” is a plus.
