Job Description:

Our global award-winning client is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to support them in scaling their lifecycle marketing function through optimal data migration and enablement.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyse Lifecycle marketing programmes and provide insights and recommendations into their performance and guide the team on where to improve for the greatest impact

  • Gain a deep understanding of databases and work with US colleagues in stitching data together and making it available for use for local teams

  • Measure ROI of the lifecycle programmes and support us in ideas from around the business to better prioritise workload

  • Deliver insight across the performance Marketing Team

  • Build dashboards to help the business understand cross-channel demand generation effectiveness and recommend course of actions for both future and in-life improvements

  • Work with the Sales Team to understand drivers behind lead quality and optimise the lead lifecycle management to improve conversion rates


Experience

  • Hands-on experience with in-depth marketing analysis, lead scoring, attribution modelling, advertising effectiveness or similar quantitative insights to drive marketing performance

  • Strong understanding of data architecture and infrastructure, including clean data best practices and GDPR compliant data sourcesAbility to connect multiple data sources and unearth patterns of meaningful insights

  • Experience in experimentation and statistical analysis (A/B testing, Digital revenue attribution)

  • Experience with media planning, programmatic buying, measurement, audiences

  • Experience with forecasting

  • Experience building and automating management level dashboards in Tableau / QlikSense
